To execute commands open a CMD prompt “Run As Administrator” and navigate the prompt to the path provided.

Locate orphaned incrementals:

image qo <path to backup folder> f=fsr “d=$n” > orphanedfiles.log

Edit the log file adding DEL at the beginning of each line and /q at the end of each line.
Rename to .bat
Execute

When you use the ImageManager to process the folder the errors about an incomplete chain should disappear.
